MOVING Messenger Storage

With the amount of traffic lately, I'm finalizing another shift for the instant messenger storage database. We'll be finalizing the move in a few minutes, so the site might crash/error until everything is update. It should take only a minute or less.
We've seen a little bit of a slow down for the site during peak times and this should help alleviate some of that.
