Anyone know any good resources for a lease to hog/coyote hunt on all year long?

My current deer lease is 3 hours away from Houston and it's great but I'd prefer something closer.

Just some direction to resources is all I'm asking. Trying to search all avenues, besides where Google takes me.

You wanting to lease it by yourself/family/friends?

Around here word of mouth, local statewide outdoor magazine, social media, church associates, leg work. We have a state magazine that runs a section of land for lease / wanting to lease annually.  Best way is go to courthouse, find owners name, and contact personally. Don’t call.
Hunting clubs are always looking for members around here. But it is word of mouth.
