I changed on the old truck’s fuel filter, some fuel lines, and the oil. The engine runs remarkably smoother. Imagine that.

By disability, do you mean your son would probably be a good tanker? Because low IQ helps a lot (obviously in my case). But I keed, I keed. I don't make fun of family  . I hope he gets a better case worker and gets where he needs to beAs far as getting old goes...well heck, my son is about to turn 28 and wears steel toes, FR's and a hardhat to work, drives all over the US with a lab trailer doing emissions testing on the compressor engines that run oil pipelines, and has been to a lot of the same facilities I have. Talk about full circle Autism, so he's definitely not even infantry material like me We have learned that part of the program he qualifies for could teach him how to drive and get a vehicle set up for him. He's a walking, talking Google map, so a gig where he drives wold be awesome. Well then, he might actually be a good tanker. We're all special in our own way, and navigation is a key requirement. I wasn't good at that part, but I sure as hell could instantly locate the enemy on a map (and then lase to the target and plot a back azimuth to see where I was haha) |
