I know the requirement went away so why did this guy catch a concealed carry without a permit charge?
No idea who this is or any details. Not in LE so I don't know what the specific gun charge actually is, but he has two other disqualifications for carrying or even possessing any gun, first the drugs, second the probation thing implies he is a convict/prohibited person anyway.
