He's a frequent guest on the Buckeye Firearms "Keep and Bear Arms" podcast.  He's very knowledgeable about guns and laws and gives out his numbers when he's on.

I think B is safe, by the letter of the law........however

Open carrying across from a school is going to draw unwanted attention that you don't want (or worse, you do want.).

My professional advice is; conceal the pistol or walk somewhere else.  Anything else is just asking for problems.

Is it also accurate that Federal law provides a 1000 ft zone extending from school property, including all public areas (sidewalks and roads)
I keep seeing it referenced, but am not certain if this is accurate or up to date info
