He's a frequent guest on the Buckeye Firearms "Keep and Bear Arms" podcast. He's very knowledgeable about guns and laws and gives out his numbers when he's on. |

Section 2901.01 | General provisions definitions.
(C) As used in Title XXIX of the Revised Code: (1) "School safety zone" consists of a school, school building, school premises, school activity, and school bus. (2) "School," "school building," and "school premises" have the same meanings as in section 2925.01 of the Revised Code. I think B is safe, by the letter of the law........however Open carrying across from a school is going to draw unwanted attention that you don't want (or worse, you do want.). My professional advice is; conceal the pistol or walk somewhere else. Anything else is just asking for problems. |
