I am very very new to the AK. But I have been buying them often as of late.  As with any gun, as you buy and swap out stuff you end up with extra parts.

My AK parts bin was getting full, so I decided I would assemble a complete rifle using as many of the parts I had on hand as I could.

Now I didn't do anything really considered BUILDING an AK.  No rivets, or pressing in barrels.  In fact I started with a PSA furniture ready kit.

But everything needed to complete the rifle I already had on hand

Nice, My Junker needs a Front trunnion and bolt and carrier. Then I can start.
