UPDATE: THE HOME DEPOT POST DOES NOT WORK. ENDED UP DRIVING AN HOUR AND BUYING THE LOWES ONE
So I'm building a NT-97 and the instructions are clear that I need a "1-5/8" Lowes Fence post" as the barrel. It appears the pole is a 1-5/8 16gauge poll. Is there a reason I can't get it elsewhere like Home Depot or Amazon? I don't see why but then again I don't know what I don't know. Obligatory photo:
