That does not contain a lot of caffeine?

Smoking?

I drink water,  Decaf coffee, and unsweetened tea.....and accept that it's okay not to be full.....and okay to have a little hunger.

ETA - I think that mindset change is key.

Keep the fiber and protein consumption up.  A scoop of whey in the morning and before bed do good things to knock down my cravings.

Fasting is pretty good once you get used to the schedule.

I can go until about 11am before feeling hungry, but it's fleeting if I just wait it out.

As soon as I eat for the day I don't stop though. If I eat breakfast I'm usually hungry the whole rest of the day.

I quit smoking about 15 years ago and had to give up all caffeine about 10 years ago.

Back in the old days I could get up, have a couple big cups of coffee and smoke a couple cigarettes and wouldn’t even think about food till the middle of the afternoon.

Now I seem to be hungry all the time.

So true. On it now and it is a weird drug. Everything in my body except my stomach and appetite feel like I am in a calorie deficit. I should be starving and I am just not.

Sense of fullness comes on after a couple of bites.

Primatene or Bronkaid tablets.  They sell them just like pseudoephedrine behind the pharmacy counter.  It is just ephedrine.

I tried the whole ECA stack thing with them years ago.  It helped a little but when I went off I felt like a zombie for 2 to 3 days.

As a society we need to stop thinking drugs are the answer for everything.

Discipline, mindset, motivation, and work ethic are the correct answer.

I guess I should also add I don't plan to implement that again/don't recommend.  I think it probably helped a smidge but it was not a magic knockout punch.  Diet and exercise is way more important.  Withdrawal sucked and made whatever smidge it helped not really worth it.   I tried the ECA stack thing about 3 years ago when I was first trying to lose weight.
