I bought a 5 cubic ft chest freezer and an Inkbird yesterday. Takes care of my two biggest pain points (fermentation temp control and wort chilling). While I'm not fermenting in it, we are going to use it to make ice (trays and ice blocks) and freeze gel packs (and the occasional food overflow). This will give me a ton of ice to make an ice bath for recirculation through a wort chiller; Florida tap water is too hot to chill wort efficiently.
Can't wait to ferment my next batch in it. I was sick of rotating gel packs every few hours in a swamp cooler. I might even have to make a lager- something that I've never been able to consider doing.
