HIPERFIRE Announces The Availability Of The PDI MCX™ Drop-In Trigger. HIPERFIRE’s customer base has clamored for a SIG MCX drop-in trigger that features the “feel” and hard-hitting hammer HIPERFIRE is known for. Most aftermarket drop-ins are notorious for LPS, light primer strikes. To get the pull weight down, designers have compromised the hammer fall by reducing the hammer spring torque. This was even more difficult to accomplish for the MCX. The MCX features a slam-fire fail-safe mechanism that prevents the firing pin from striking the primer if not struck first by the hammer. So, the hammer has to hit really hard to release that protection feature. HIPERFIRE’s other three PDIs pull at around 2 lbs. The PDI MCX pulls at around 3½ pounds. The PDI MCX sports the unique HIPERSHOE that now mounts onto a curved bow, not just straight. The pull? It’s single stage. It’s short, sweet, and smooth as butter. This trigger will also run in any other AR15 pattern rifle, not just the MCX. To top it all off, no PCC blowback violence can touch it. The four PDI versions feature a hammer collision bumper. Its disconnector and disconnector spring are impact and crush protected. It's an excellent trigger. Anyone can appreciate it shooting slow, fast, short-range, or for long-range precision, and on the move, it surpasses SAAMI's rough handling specification. Visit
