Hey all, just checking to see if any on here have had to deal with Blasto lately?

I've got a 5-yr old pup has now been diagnosed. The only initial symptoms were large lesions/lumps that started appearing last weekend. We got her in, biopsied the lumps, and sent a urine sample off for the antigen test. Preemptively started her on Fluconazole, Clavamox, and Duramax for pain.

The test came back positive on Thursday. I believe she'll be on the Fluconazole for a few weeks, then switching to Itraconazole.

She's still eating and drinking just fine. No other outward symptoms than the lesions, some of which have burst. We clean them with wound-wash whenever we see one has popped. Some have decreased in size, and some new ones have continued to appear, which I understand is to be expected.

Anything I should point out to the vet? Any supplements to support her system? I just want to make sure I'm doing everything I should.

We've never heard of that before- sounds painful.
