Remington 700 extractor: Change from riveted to rivetless type? - Page 1

Joined Dec 2002 Posts 4836 EE 100% (53) KY, USA	Posted: 1/6/2024 4:31:25 PM EDT Will a 700 bolt originally using a riveted extractor accept the newer rivetless extractor without bolt face modification? In other words ... I need to repair a .223 bolt face extractor. The old riveted style extractors are hard to find.
