Will a 700 bolt originally using a riveted extractor accept the newer rivetless extractor without bolt face modification?
In other words
... I need to repair a .223 bolt face extractor. The old riveted style extractors are hard to find.

Best bet is to have a gunsmith that knows what they're doing install an AR15 extractor

I'll go with a Sako or AR15 type if it comes to that....if I could source a small riveted style extractor that would sure be a lot less time and $$
