New, unfired Winchester 9422M XTR from 1981. Still has the hang tag attached.

I purchased this rifle in supposedly unfired condition. I was skeptical. After inspecting the rifle as best I can, I do actually believe it to be unfired. There's no carbon in the chamber, and there's still some of the brown "grease" they used back then in the action. Barrel is clean and bright. No rust that I can find anywhere on it, in or out. I'm happy to take detailed pictures for whoever is interested.

According to winchester, and the serial number, this is a 1981 rifle. They haven't made these since 2004.

There are a few handling marks in various places from who knows what. I'm happy to send pics of what I see.
