A few magazines have mild insertion marks MOST do not.  NONE appear to have had rounds loaded, just your average handling and handling marks.

The  Shot lock branded  packs  do not have the "Susqehanna School for the Blind" label and the sling is packaged different but appears materially the same.

MORE INFO ON THE SLINGS:  Colt/susqehanna slings have a NSN# on the tag, are 9" long per fold and have 9 folds.
Rubber band packaged slings are 4.25" per fold and have about 22 folds.
