Haley Rig. Dont recall model number, on their website it is now called the X rig, but looks a little different.

Left rifle mag slot and middle two pistol mag slots have bungee cord removed.

NOTE: to install these wings on previous Gen rigs, you cut off the factory side buckles on the rig. Haley now has buckles with slots, so you can put “factory” buckles back on. You can do that, but they are not included.
