SIg Hk P26? 26.5mm flare pistol, bought as surplus and shot it about 6 times.  Cool piece of milsurp.  Ive had it long enough that I can't remember how long.  Marked 8/3/78 on left lower butt.  Last pic is of the label it came with from whatever place I bought it from.

Adapter is supposedly 12gauge to 26.6mm, red, aluminum, I never used it.
